West Adams is a fantastic, both relaxing and lively, family-friendly residential neighborhood in mid-city which offers visitors an urban suburban mix feel. You'll be able to truly relax in a shaded hammock, sunbathe or do yoga in a gorgeous private backyard, while still being in the middle of one of the most iconic cities in the world.
We can’t say enough about the magic of nature here. A wide variety of birds will accompany your backyard coffee sessions, from lightning fast hummingbirds to loud flocks of green parrots. Depending on the wind and season, you can experience a humid ocean breeze or fog (so called marine layer) in the evening, while still being able to soak in the famous California sun during the day, almost all year long.

This house has a steeper price, but it is worth every penny. You can tell Kyle has invested into this place. The decorations are beautiful, the bathroom showers are amazing, and there was pretty much every bathroom and kitchen amenity you can think of. Kyle’s place is great! Had such a good time staying here and felt like the photos were spot on. It was spacious and we really liked that both bathrooms were in the hallway for easy access for everyone. The backyard is nice and comfortable too! This place is a hidden gem in LA. It was sparkly clean and the interior decoration was so artsy!Everything is fully equipped, A/C worked really well during this heat wave, and I was able to easily communicate with Kyle. Kyles new listing was the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in and he was also one of most accommodating hosts. The backyard was amazing to hangout in every evening and my dog loved running around the yard. It’s also perfectly central in LA and was about a 15-30 minute drive to anywhere you’d want to go (which in my opinion is amazing for LA!) Unfortunately the AC was broken during our stay however Kyle came over literally minutes after I messaged him to try and fix it himself and even brought over fans to cool the place down. We had a great stay at the airbnb! It was plenty of room for four people and the backyard was a huge bonus. We loved sitting outside under the fruit trees in the evenings. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to cook. We did have one small issue with washer/dryer, but Kyle responded immediately and was very generous in finishing the load for us at his house and dropping it back off. I recently stayed at this place with a group of eight people, and it was a lovely experience. The house matched the photos perfectly, and the backyard was even more beautiful in person. Check-in was smooth, and the location close to the highway made it convenient for transportation. They responded quickly to all the requests. Although the house felt a bit small for our group, it would be perfect for families of six or fewer.
